Commscope acquired TE Connectivity BNS group.

Developed and maintained C/C++ embedded firmware for CommScope's wireless DAS (Distributed Antenna System) which provides wireless cellular coverage for many wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and Sprint. Developed device drivers from hardware schematics to handle RS-232 communications, and communicate via SPI to PLLs, digital attenuators, muxes, decoders and other digital devices. Wrote code for several of Commscope's DAS platforms which are Linux, FreeRTOS, or no OS based (bare metal).

Maintained legacy multi threaded / multi process Linux based C application code.

Developed and maintained several windows based Visual Basic 6 and Visual Basic.NET applications for the hardware engineering team to system test  and debug hardware boards on initial bring up. 

Provided technical support for the sales and field support team. Helped with debugging customer issues by interpreting system logs and provide recommendations and fixes.

Developed and maintained a software licensing utility written in Visual C# to build encrypted license keys using RC2 Cryptography. The license keys prevent unauthorized distribution of CommScope's wireless analyzer software.

Worked with field support to get "Voice of Customer" feedback to generate requirements for new product features and development.  

Provided technical support for field engineers.
