•Lead developer and inventor of the VerifAI Audit, or TRUE Data Verification, product suite (patent pending), software that automatically audits mortgage loans for internal and external consistency, checks the work of Loan Officers, Underwriters, and QC Specialists, and resolved any inconsistencies that are not vital or due to loan error, all in a matter of seconds with clear and concise output reports. Reduces time needed for loan document review from many hours per loan when done by a human to a few seconds when done by the software. Audits ~3,000 critical loan data points that are compiled into ~200 generic global values, represented in multiple points of the loan, all in a few seconds.
•Primarily focused on application research and development, software design and implementation, use of SCRUM, Agile, and DevOps frameworks for project management, automation of the knowledge worker, productization for clients regarding releases and updates, and applied artificial intelligence data and statistical research.
•Works as well on the product side of the software, aiding in design and implementation of a Web GUI, an API, specialized Docker containers to run the program, and making a Mongo Database to allow for back-end data storage and retrieval.
