• Guide the overall design and development of the Predictive Controls Platform, a DERMS that optimizes and manages pools of behind-the-meter distributed energy resources (DERs, think residential smart thermostats, EVs, energy storage, PV).

• Coordinate cross-application integrations and feature testing.

• Oversee the efforts to scale the Predictive Controls Platform from supporting forecast, optimization and dispatch of pools of 1,000 to pools of 10,000 distributed energy resources.

• Lead agile-based development cycles, and develop the roadmap for the ~10-person

Predictive Controls team alongside the Product Management team.

• Work directly with partners and customers during setup, testing, and early operation to explain the core concepts of the product and how to best use its capabilities to deliver maximum value.
