- Facilitated the on-boarding and implementation of a new Prometheus-based Observability pipeline, and as a result:
    - Observability coverage more than doubled by increasing the total number of servers monitored as well as the scope of what can be collected
    - Decreased total resource usage by an order of magnitude
    - Simplified the overhead required to provide new monitoring deployments via a custom-built configuration manager
