Managed, lead, and mentored a team of 13 designers across three offices. I oversaw the implementation of our first design system, defined design strategy, and focused on modernizing our design team and processes. I worked directly with engineering and product management counterparts to improve the efficiency of our product development process. I also partnered with my research and data science counterparts to inform the design process with qualitative and quantitative data, including multiple research trips across the US, Europe, and Australia.
