A study in the fundamentals of user experience through hands-on training in a 10-week program focusing on personal development in the design process.

While studying User Experience at General Assembly, I created 5 projects from discovery to the delivery stage in a 10-week sprint (500+ hours). Following the design process, I created a wide variety of projects ranging from mobile applications, e-commerce websites, to a service design web-based application.

Remesa Rewards | 3 Week Sprint

• Conducted user interviews and usability tests to develop a rewards program and feature

for the client’s iOS app that aligns with the target user

• Served as project manager to ensure deliverables and the project were on schedule

• Redesigned the e-commerce website for a local museum to focus on the customized

and accessibility of the gift buying experience

experience and developed personas based on research

• Designed an iOS app that alleviates the stress of grocery shopping, meal

planning, and cooking skills

• Designed a web-based platform to manage, organize, and educate service team

members at dealerships

V-Suites is a furnished housing company with a primary focus on providing each guest with an authentic experience. Curated content for social media platforms, analyzed and presented social media and SEO reports to senior management, and conceptualized and implemented companies’ social media strategy. I collaborated cross-functionally on marketing and graphic design projects, which included proposals, flyers, e-mail marketing, and social media content based on user needs. I effectively-balanced multiple timelines, avert potential challenges, and effectively managed unforeseen issues as they arise.

I developed and implemented a company training guide for various users in the company. Led team of 3 Inside Sales Coordinators, managing schedules, performance reviews, and daily tasks. Analyzed platform requests and developed data-informed inventory plans resulting in cost-savings for the company. As part of the sales team of 8, I contributed 15% to total sales revenue in 2018.

I analyzed platform requests and presented market analysis reports for the senior management team. I audited all lease agreements, reservations confirmations, and criminal background checks to assist with error prevention. Piloted and launched a new CRM platform, and trained team members company-wide.
