Hi, I’m Abel Girma, a Computer Science and Management Information Systems student at RIT with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance business operations. Growing up in Ethiopia, I witnessed the lack of software-driven solutions in businesses, which sparked my interest in developing efficient and scalable systems to bridge that gap.

I enjoy building software that optimizes workflows, improves decision-making, and enhances business efficiency. My experience ranges from software development and system design to project management and entrepreneurship, with hands-on involvement in real-world projects, from developing management systems to creating online platforms and interactive applications.

Beyond coding, I have a keen interest in business, finance, and real estate, with aspirations of integrating technology into these sectors. I’m always eager to collaborate on innovative projects, explore new opportunities, and connect with like-minded professionals.

-Worked with C#, Python, MySQL, VBScript, and PLC ladder logic to improve system performance and reliability.

-Assisted during system go-lives to ensure smooth deployment and reliable operation for clients.
