- Developing Voice and text-based chat and similar core UI, backend, and cloud infra capabilities of intuit flagship products TurboTax Mint QuickBooks and owning the same across several continents, serving 50 million customers and now adding another 75 million with credit karma, as a full-stack engineer.

Building a next-generation contact center from scratch. Working with Amazon to create a Contact Center application - Amazon Connect. 

Creating an AI-driven smart Chat client along with its Android and Ios apps with CRM (salesforce ) integration for marketing and sales.

The chat app is used by almost any customer intuit or its products have and the Tax Accountant/Expert/Consultant/Agent from Intuit conversing with the customer on the other end.

Neo4j - Graph based model for the entire space which will help in ml models / data analysis and set us up for real time smart feedback.
