• Accomplished 12x scale enhancement in the data ingestion pipeline by implementing fair scheduling and auto batching techniques, enabling the ingestion of 5 billion documents daily across a network of over 70 Elasticsearch clusters.

• Designed and built a Push Notification system that provides timely status updates on the payment and security transactions activity. The system used to send out 3 million of notifications a day and was growing after integration with consumer banking business.

• Built a distributed caching service with Hazelcast to store the payment schedules for the recurring payments application. Achieved 80% cache hit rate with a 70x speedup in the response time.

• Worked on a spring batch based cron job to periodically pick-up, approve and bank the payments.
