Conceptualized, built, and deployed routing and scheduling algorithms for addressing the B2B Employee Transportation problem for Uber's High Capacity Vehicles (HCV) offering. Worked on the end-to-end development of a solution:
•Researched and compared various state-of-the-art approaches.
•Sourced, managed, and cleaned various test datasets for the problem.
•Employed reinforcement learning techniques, such as Genetic Algorithms, to achieve superior performance.
•Utilized various parts of Uber's tech stack to build a GoLang microservice endpoint using the Glue+Fx framework. Employed Uber's in-house tools: including database querying tools, storage solutions, workflow orchestrators (Uber Cadence), and maps ETA services.
