Hi, I'm a product designer and systems thinker who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity while balancing form and function. I am currently working as a Product Designer at Microsoft in Experiences + Devices team. 

I come from an Engineering background with a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction Design. I have a notion of looking at the products from a holistic viewpoint by considering human needs and business factors. Previously, I collaborated with multiple organizations in creating financial, SaaS, and consumer technology products. Over the weekends, you can find me tinkering on some DIY projects. I build electronics, Bluetooth speakers and try fixing earphones to home appliances!

### UX Designer @ Vidaa USA, Inc.
Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | United States
Researched, and designed VIDAA U6 TV OS. I was responsible for designing the first-time user experience flows, mobile app for connected devices, a payment architecture, Live TV experience improvement. I collaborated closely with product managers and fellow designers. Led and conducted usability studies with internal teams who are prospective users.

### Product Designer - IU Capstone Project @ VMware

Capstone project: Partnered with VMware to design a digital Enterprise resource planning - Human Capital Management platform. We are a team of three UX designers who worked collaboratively with project managers, senior designers, mentors, and the professor of practice at Indiana University to create an onboarding platform for newly hired product designers at VMware. I strategized interactions and advocated the prioritization of design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

I collaborated closely with a team of researchers at Indiana University to create novel data analytics and visualization dashboards. Worked as a Co-principal Investigator on an NSF-funded project to lead research on trustworthy analytics, designing predictive visualization tools. Published an ACM - CHI 21 research paper exploring the effects of belief elicitation in visual analytics. 

I TA'd for a data visualization Undergraduate course, guiding 20+ students on how to create data-driven visualizations and dashboards. Graduate Teaching Assistant at IU SOIC, Worked with Prof. Wade Wingler and Prof. Anna Leunag on fundamentals of Assistive Technologies. Assisted more than 50+ students in learning about Accessibility Technologies, UI/UX Web Accessibility Guidelines, and Universal Design Principles.

Collaborated with UX lead in creating a virtual board meeting platform in the SaaS application. Worked closely with product managers and engineering teams to redesign the in-app email notifications.

Performed rapid research using behavior analysis tools to improve and redesign the user onboarding experience. Audited the user interfaces to create UX proposals.

Worked with VP of growth to propose a budget pricing plan and redesigned the rule management application to create flexibility for performing A/B testing on the plan creation.
