As the global head of User Experience Design at Ivanti, I oversee the design strategy for a portfolio of 50+ products, contributing to more than $800M in ARR. My leadership ensures that design is a core enabler of business outcomes while delivering innovative solutions that drives growth. I define and drive the UX vision and strategy across all product teams, shaping end-to-end customer experiences that connect business objectives to product success. I lead multidisciplinary design teams, including designers, researchers and engineers and aim to infuse the product development culture with a design thinking mindset while always putting user experience at the center of it.

Following the successful acquisition of RiskSense, I transitioned to Ivanti to provide design leadership and drive creative solutions across the company’s multidisciplinary teams. I played a key part in crafting and executing design strategies that elevated the user experience for Risk-based product's transitions to Ivanti's Endpoint Security product suite. I worked closely with product and executive teams to ensure alignment on a shared vision of how these critical security products would evolve, addressing user needs. By overseeing the entire product design lifecycle, I ensured that every design decision contributed to a user-centric experience that supported Ivanti’s broader business goals in the cybersecurity space.

RiskSense®, Inc. provides vulnerability prioritization and management to measure and control cybersecurity risk. As a part of design leadership team, I contributed to building an environment where design and user experience thrive. I led projects and programs to successfully promote user-centered design methods and design thinking within the organization. Through leading key projects and programs, I elevated design to become a core driver of business strategy goals. My work on strategic and impactful user experiences directly contributed to the success of RiskSense, ultimately helping the company secure its acquisition by Ivanti, further underscoring the tangible business value of thoughtful and effective design.

While leading the global design team, I championed the strategic goals of the Lumium's North American establishment through design thinking and creative leadership. Collaborating closely with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, I identified opportunities that aligned with both business objectives and user needs. I oversaw and actively contributed to the design process, translating complex challenges into compelling, user-centric solutions using a process-driven approach. My leadership helped bridge cross-functional teams and establish design as a critical component of organizational success.

As the head of design at Lumium, I oversaw product life cycles from concept to launch, guiding a highly skilled team of designers, developers, engineers, and managers across India and the US. I took the lead in translating client requirements into precise design guidelines, ensuring that the design pipeline consistently delivered innovative and high-impact products.

In addition to driving product excellence, I played a pivotal role in expanding Lumium's design business to international markets, including Japan, China and Europe - including helping establish a new design office in Japan. Through strategic leadership and a commitment to quality, I helped establish Lumium as one of the leading design agencies in India, recognized for its global reach and ability to deliver exceptional user-centric solutions.
