Happy to help :) Just ping me with basic details to start the conversation. ## Work Experience ### Lead Designer @ Google Jan 2018 – Present | Mountain View, CA Currently collaborated with amazing xFn partners and generative AI to boost productivity and fuel creativity of our advertisers at Google Ads leveraging Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies. Lead designer on 3 PAs Creation, Reporting and Simplifying navigation. Past PAs: PA #1 Google Ads Home page | Summarizes data and insights driven by ML and Automation (anomaly detection) with rich data visualizations and intuitive IA that encourages even a newbie to start understanding and monitoring their performance. https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/9955167 PA #2 Policy violations and approvals | We leverage AI to detect the ads that do not comply with the policy and provide a simple UX to resolve them. PA #3 Report Editor | This powerful tool lets advertiser customize reports with ease so they can focus on the data that matters most to them. #1 Explanations and performance insights: We leverage ML and automate the process of explaining performance fluctuations to the advertisers for example why are impressions down or why is the CTR up for a certain period. Worked closely with PM’s and Designers to redefine the rule builder experience. Through rapid research and iterative wireframes, crafted pixel sharp concepts within given constraints. Performed Heuristic evaluation on KIOSK workflows. Crafted a new experience for the next release with different iterations and performed A/B testing with participants from US, UK and Germany under controlled environment with different demographics to understand the behavior. Prototyping and interaction tools such as Invision, Principle were also used. ### PT Web Designer (UX) @ RIT Office of Career Services Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Rochester, New York Area Led Design Research, User Experience revamps along with Interaction and visual re-design for TigerCenter portal. Every work flow was validated based on the feedbacks from students of RIT through Hallway testing. In short, Tiger Center is an application which was built as an alternative enrollment tool for students at RIT and other global campuses to easily search and enroll for classes. ### Product Designer @ Keka HR Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 It all began with frustration of using HR software that sucks. Prior to starting Keka, our core team were a 100 person business that needed an easy to use software for managing employees. We looked everywhere and all we found were software that was lousy and hard to use. We felt SME businesses in India deserved something better. Something awesome actually!. Thus emerged Keka! ### Product Designer @ Pert Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Hyderabad Pert is a smart Wi-Fi enabled device that lets you control your lights and electronic devices from your smartphone, anywhere, anytime. We should be able to control devices no matter where we are and this should all work through the smartphone we already have with us. www.pert.me 84ideas is an ad agency, now Switch Soft Technologies which also owns Pert. Building prototypes based on user flows and business requirements for improved customer experience proposals. Strategizing user interactions and user flows with project managers and teammates through group discussions, whiteboarding and low fidelity prototyping. Designing adaptive layouts to maintain a consistent user experience across mobile and desktop platforms. Crafting visual designs to the client’s brand and style guides. Worked on various iOS, Android apps and came up with various innovative technology ideas, which are ready to launch soon in the market. ### UI/UX Developer Intern @ DoctorsTime Health Services Private Limited Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | Hyderabad Area, India Built Axure prototypes based on user flows and hospital requirements for their improved customer experience proposals. Designed usable admin panels for various hospitals based on their requirements in such a way that a naive user can also be able to access it. Designed marketing assets for Doctorstime and few of its client hospitals. ### UI/UX Developer Intern @ NIRD Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 | Hyderabad Area, India Worked on a Web Application which is amazingly a simple collaborative tool to manage data/things hassle free and sets them in a systematic order for day-to-day activities and projects. Sketched, designed, and developed web components that were cross-browser compatible. Maintained a definite design layout to ensure pixel perfect design while adhering to a grid system.
