Software Engineer with a Master's degree in Computer Science from North Carolina State University. Passionate about designing and developing robust, scalable and maintainable systems that solve fundamental problems and make everyday life significantly smoother for users.

Healthy balance of purism and pragmatism - I believe writing code that works is not always enough and I strive to follow industry (and language) best practices at all times. Modularity, reusability, cohesion, understandability and testability of code are of supreme importance to me. Additionally, I actively work towards designing components that can be scaled with minimal effort. In cases where I'm unable to meet self-imposed high standards due to severe time constraints, I make it a point to revisit and refactor (if required) previously written code.

My background in soccer has made me a team player in every respect and I'm committed to developing software that makes a difference.
