As a Senior Software Engineer at Grey Matter Concepts, I lead cloud infrastructure, full-stack development, and enterprise systems modernization across a growing fashion/retail tech company.
I manage 50+ Azure cloud resources spanning 9 resource groups — including web applications, SQL databases, containerized services, AI/cognitive services, and analytics pipelines — while also administering the company's Microsoft 365 tenant, covering identity management, device policies, and security configurations.
On the development side, I architected and delivered a full-stack HR Management System supporting employee directory, onboarding workflows, performance reviews, and PIPs, fully integrated with Microsoft Entra ID and Graph API. I also built an internal Help Desk Ticketing System using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Lists, now adopted by 50+ employees to centralize IT support.
I direct an offshore data analytics team building Power BI dashboards and serve as the technical liaison between internal stakeholders and contractors. I maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines ingesting data from BlueCherry ERP, Scintilla (Walmart/Luminate), and SPS Commerce SFTP across multiple retail partners.
