H2 2025: Led Strategy, BizOps, Corporate Development and People functions through significant company transformation and two acquisitions. Drove end to end BeMe Health acquisition and Hazel Health x Little Otter merger (closed on October 1st 2025).

As SVP of Strategy & Product and a member of Brightline’s Executive Team, I led Brightline’s corporate strategy, business operations, product management, and product design (UX design, research, and content) teams. We focused on aligning corporate, go to market, and product strategy with exceptional product development to enable Brightline to provide innovative, high quality mental and behavioral health care to children and families nationwide.

Led strategy, program development, and content teams. Drove evolution in Brightline’s offering and 0-1 new services build. Partnered closely with clinical leadership, product, and commercial teams.
