• Create and implement forms and update office directory and manual to increase staff efficiency and improve patient care.
• Organize the office schedule and manage store inventory, office supplies, and any technical difficulties or software updates and installations.
• Resolve any patient needs through clear communication with customers and manage patient communications via email, newsletter, text message, and phone correspondence.
• Train staff members and work with other professionals from doctors and labs to vendors and insurance companies to provide patients with glasses customized just for them.
