As Asana's lead researcher on the Accessibility & Inclusion team, I partnered with stakeholders across the company to co-create an inclusive, equitable, and accessible product experience, advancing inclusive design best practices and centering diverse human perspectives.
• Facilitated generative workshops, co-design sessions, and strategic conversations which help product leaders make inclusive and equitable decisions.
• Conducted in-depth research with people with disabilities; translating nuanced insights about people into actionable product recommendations.
• Scaled and operationalized processes to enable researchers, designers, and product partners to learn directly from people with diverse perspectives and needs.

• Conducted all foundational product research to guide the development of Asana's flagship workflow features, including automation, templates, and forms.
• Cultivated and socialized a deep understanding of the customer workflow lifecycle– bringing the real-world process of defining, implementing, and iterating on workflows to life for the Asana team.
• Partnered closely with cross-functional teams during every stage of the product lifecycle, fueling continuous customer awareness and rapid iteration.

At Joyable I worked closely with clinicians and patients to create digital mental health products with industry-leading outcomes and engagement. Joyable's digital cognitive behavioral therapy programs are as effective as face-to-face therapy.
• Conducted generative and evaluative research with people with clinical anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions.
• Conducted evaluative research with in-house coaching to understand their workflows and co-design custom patient management software which increased coach efficiency by 100%.
