I owned design for TrueAccord Engage, a new product that helps consumers communicate with collectors and manage their debts from one place. ### Product Designer @ CLARA analytics Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 CLARA analytics’ mission is to improve the outcomes of workers’ compensation claims by using AI to identify claims at risk of escalating costs and potential litigation. As the sole in-house designer, I worked closely with product managers to design, iterate, and release new features for CLARA’s application suite: CLARA providers, CLARA claims, and CLARA litigation.
