• Product ownership: Owned the entire health benefits vertical. Project managed an 8-person engineering pod. Senior design advisor for a 7-person design team.

• GTM Strategy for Loop Diabetes: Launched a chronic care management product that helps Diabetics reduce their blood sugar levels. Crafted a compelling product story and landing page. Identified target user segments and ideal pricing. Got the first paying customers. The product contributed to closing sales to major accounts.

• Stepathon Social Engagement Feature: Launched a step count competition feature, to improve app installation rates and account retention. Launched with 5 clients. Achieved 15% increase in app logins, 50% employee engagement and prevented churn of key accounts.

• In-Person Consultations: Steered the launch of a market differentiator: Loop In-Person Consultations - Free offline consultations at partner clinics for members. Seeing 20 consultations per week with stellar customer feedback.

Additional areas:

• Maternity Buddy: Developed a 0-1 greenfield product in the Maternity domain - a chat support service to guide pregnant members through their journey.

• Designed an internal EMR for Loop.

Remote Care Mobile App Platform

Led design and development of a new 0-1 product range with 3 products:

1. Safe Rounds app - COVID-19 monitoring solution

2. Diabetes Home Monitoring app

3. Orthopedic Post Surgical Monitoring app

Defined the product roadmap. Delivered designs, requirement documents, presentations and demos.

Pulmonology OPD iPad App

• Co-created an app for outpatient department consultations with doctors.

• 100% product adoption in the Pulmonology department (9 doctors) at Narayana Hospital, averaging 40 patient visits per doctor per day.

• Reduced documentation time during patient visits by ~30%.

Oncology iPad Apps: Digital Cancer Patient Journey

• Conducted intensive UX research, clinical immersion, system mapping and prototyping.

• Designed a fully digitised cancer patient journey through the Oncology Department.

• The outcome received excellent feedback from doctors at Sutter Health, California and Dr. Devi Shetty at Narayana Health.
