• Directly supported over 200 faculty and instructors with Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems, standard productivity free applications, networking, and a wide range of university academic and administrative applications

• Maintained and installed RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) on faculty workstations and servers in the datacenter

• System administration skills: redirected and aliased websites, managed computer science accounts and permissions for all faculty and instructors, provisioned computers using Linux administration
