•	Proficient in statistical data analysis tool - JMP, QLC, Pdf Solutions	     		            
•	Working knowledge of ATE patterns like SCAN, MBIST and LBIST
•	Working knowledge on semiconductor fabrication process optimization, DFT and DOE
