– Implemented, tested and deployed end-to-end behavior architecture with fallback scenarios for the Figure 2 robot at BMW factory. Currently running daily for 10 hour shifts and has contributed to the manufacturing of 40000 cars and counting.

– Developed simulation scenes and behavior simulations in MuJoCo for specific robot use-case scenarios.

– Revamped system integration and validation testing behaviors of robots for adhering to new use cases and deployment environments.

– Built systems for integrating imitation and reinforcement learning algorithms for solutions to practical robot applications.

I worked with the Loads and Dynamics team, and my key contributions were:-

• Code Optimization: Led a project resulting in a 7x speed improvement in state convergence during aircraft simulation runs.

• Participated in the development of flight test restrictions, primarily focusing on maneuvers in steady flight, especially during failure scenarios.

• Played a pivotal role in enabling the seamless ingestion of Bill of Materials into the codebase. My work involved rectifying compatibility issues and refining the accuracy of weight calculations, with particular emphasis on optimizing the loads structure.

Developed and implemented a novel optimal guidance law with autonomous trajectory tracking of a

quadcopter through dynamically changing trajectories and paths. The controller implements differential flatness property of quadcopters and was capable of driving the quadcopter in very aggressive trajectories.

I achieved a robust guidance algorithm for efficient interception of targets by a single quadcopter. I also employed a Kalman state estimator to take into account state feedback inaccuracies.

Industrial Utilities Maintenance and Sustainability Engineer

• Initiated the mapping of water consumption in the whole factory to highlight key improvement areas.

to meet the sustainability goals of Nestle.
