I worked with multiple organizations to learn about the life of underprivileged children, women, LGBTQ+, and people with disabilities to document their stories for future publishing. ### Principal Product Designer | Design System, Accessibility Lead @ Intuit Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 | Mountain View, California • Led accessibility design at Intuit by building accessibility into the foundations of multiple design systems that helped fix 90% of accessibility issues. • Influenced the culture with the accessibility design workshop that globally trained 1000+ designers (internal & external) while building the Accessibility Champion program. EARLY CAREER & UNIVERSITY RECRUITING Helped drive the design early-career program by giving talks at different universities, mentoring students, and judging hackathons. I recruited, interviewed, and hired for teams across Intuit. ### Senior Product Designer (Intuit Developer Group) @ Intuit Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Led the new end-to-end experience of Intuit Developer Platform with more than 1000+ documents resulting in 29 points+ in NPS, 36 points+ in PRS, and 15% saving on support cost.
