• Helping train the marketing AI model, while using Photoshop to create assets for Flash Deals on the home page of Walmart.com.

• Working with engineering, we designed an AI-powered internal dashboard enabling the marketing team to rapidly modify product imagery for promotions.

I worked for a year with the marketing team, looking at the Top 10 trafficked pages on for salesforce.com mobile web view, and redesigning them using a mobile first approach, testing iteratively, then handing off to development. Concurrently, I worked on Einstein AI and Analytics redesigns, re-architecting the About Us mega menu offerings, and various other areas on the responsive desktop.

### Responsive Web Designer @ MuleSoft

Working with the marketing team on solutions and redesigns of mulesoft.com, connect.mulesoft.com and developer.mulesoft.com employing responsive solutions for all viewports. The work we did over 2017 saw an increase in user conversion, and stock tick upwards of 40% prior to an acquisition by Salesforce in early 2018.

### Mobile Product Designer @ Xoom Corporation, A PayPal Service

I worked on the mobile product team as a native app designer for both iOS and Android. A typical day would consist of creating user flows, and the corresponding wireframes for new and existing products, then prototyping to do usability in-house and in the lab when needed. The UX team would gather requirements from product managers, then, when ready, present to product,  engineering and QA, get feedback, then iterate on the design until we met the requirements, and any developmental limitations. 

When arriving at Xoom, app usage was approximately 25%. On departure, over 75% of our users were utilizing the mobile app as their primary means of sending money, paying bills, recharging phones, and requesting money internationally. I would also cross over with the desktop marketing and product teams, working on responsive solutions for our desktop website and the remittance application.

• Designed for mobile (iOS, Android, blackberry, feature phones) phone apps, mobile site and tablet.
• Lead UX on home login page for mobile app used by 17M mobile customers from 2012 – 2016.

• Redesigned all mortgage calculators adding equity to the refinance and purchase options on
desktop 2013 – current.
• Developed and managed mobile app and tablet app standards and guidelines.
