• Oversee development and design of the Collectibles, Hardlines, Toys and Inventor Relations business.

• Provide art direction and support to artists, sculptors and factories.

• Oversee entire development process from concept to final product.

• Partner with brand team and licensees for strategic planning and product development.

• Collaborate with social media influencers to create one-of-a-kind products for retail.

• Work with inventors worldwide to help create the most innovative toys for consumers.

Create original character art and product design for all aspects of the Shanghai Disneyland Resort. Train local staff on storytelling and character integrity of Disney, Marvel and Star Wars brands.

• Oversee development and design of the Hardlines, Collectibles, Softlines, Toys, Food and Beverage business.

• Design specialized art for style guides that revolve around Shanghai Disneyland.

• Incorporate key Chinese elements into both character and product design.

• Work closely with outside vendors and manage the timelines and deliverables.

• Help in the creation and overall designs for marketing and advertising materials.

Design and develop product lines for licensed and non-licensed preschool toys.

• Creative development of preschool television entertainment:

o PAW Patrol

o Rusty Rivets

• Mentor and train interns in toy design.

• Manage the Marshmallow foam furniture business to lower production costs and minimize production time.

• Create original graphics and characters for products, style guides and packaging.

• Work with outside vendors with managing the project budget and processing invoices.
