As Product Design Manager I led a team of five across Houzz's Consumer Products including Core Experience, E-Commerce (Marketplace), and Consumer Growth. We focused on increasing top line metrics such as time-on-site, GMV, and user-acquisition, respectively.
Across iOS, Android, and Web we launched large-scale projects such as a revamped search, a reimagining of the signed-in experience, an overhaul of user-onboarding, and introduced new product collections to our marketplace to improve market differentiation.
