At HouseAccount, I played a pivotal role in the mission to revolutionize the $750 billion home service industry by building digital solutions that modernized outdated processes and experiences. My contributions included:
Led the design and development of innovative features for the HouseAccount platform, significantly enhancing the digital interaction between large-scale brands and their consumers.
Spearheaded the integration of complex external APIs and third-party services, facilitating seamless interactions across CRMs like Salesforce, ServiceMinder, and Vonigo. This work enabled HouseAccount to empower customers to manage their accounts, services, and payments through our consumer-facing platform.
Collaborated with a team of six engineers and worked closely with product and design teams to define project scopes, technical requirements, and deliverables. My efforts ensured projects were delivered on time, met high standards, and drove customer satisfaction.
Drove rapid, high-quality development of the platform through the use of modern frameworks and tools such as Rails, Stimulus, Turbo, and by integrating dry-rb libraries, enhancing the clarity, flexibility, maintainability, and scalability of the codebase.
Mentored junior engineers and promoted a culture of continuous improvement, which contributed to the rapid development and scaling of an early-stage company.
