- Successfully  led two year-long projects while mentoring new hires and performing behavioral / coding interviews.
- Developed Unidash, a dashboarding product, to support heterogeneous sources, isomorphic views (React, server or client-side), and universal composition.

- Rewrote AlertManager, a mission critical UI for rapidly identifying and responding to services issues, in order to massively improve application performance and responsiveness. 
 --- Early adoption of React and WebWorkers for fast client-side aggregations. Instantaneous drill downs saved seconds on every click compared to previous versions.
