I manage a team that helps design, build and commercialize domestic and international finance automation products. I focus on using AI to accelerate legal work. I help navigate technology, regulatory, corporate, finance, commercial, privacy, intellectual property and other matters. I advise on, negotiate and help implement complex transactions and partnerships. I also support Ramp's government affairs, policy and licensing efforts.

At Slack, I supported virtually every facet of the business and helped build and scale the legal group to meet the demands of Slack's hyper-growth. Reported to and supported the General Counsel in a variety of matters with emphasis on product, IP, privacy, regulatory/competition, and M&A. I also negotiated complex partnerships and commercial agreements, supported Slack's venture investing through the Slack Fund, counseled on international expansion and localized legal support for new markets, and helped Slack shape and implement policy.
