Leading the design of EA’s first non-gaming product from ambiguity to strategic execution.

• Conducted a comprehensive audit of the app, identified areas for improvement & established a roadmap for design changes that aligned with the objectives of the VP & Heads of Departments.

• Led the redesign and execution of the Design System for iOS & Android. Streamlined the development process through collaboration with the engineering team leading to a 50% increase in efficiency and pixel-perfect execution.

• Developed key features by actioning research & designing user flows, IA, prototypes, end to end user experiences, championed user testing, created documentation and managed handoff. Consistently achieved the goals of the PRD’s & had a positive impact on the KPI’s.

• Worked closely with stakeholders to improve the product roadmap & feature set by providing cohesive design plans, AI workflows, processes, frameworks, concepts, prototypes & testing data.

Received a $100,000 Google Cloud Grant. Co-leading the strategy, design and development of an MVP for social, metaverse experiences for mobile in collaboration with a cross-functional team of engineers and VFX producers. The product is scheduled to ship in September.

• Developed the product strategy, conducted primary and secondary research & created a roadmap based on insights generated from 15 participants.

• Prototyped new interaction models, UI elements & flows while balancing the business goals &

constraints provided by the engineering and creative technology teams.

• Developed a revenue stream from factory waste through insights generated from UX research.

• Defined the business strategy, grew our digital community organically to 6.5K & established all the creative infrastructure including the eCommerce website, branding, sales channels, innovative metaverse campaigns and managed external collaborations. Received 6 million+ impressions on my work through press features.

• Doubled the revenue of the company year on year with no paid advertising. I maintained a consistent bounce rate of 25%, almost half the industry average.

• Led design sprints within tight deadlines. Strategized, conceptualized and executed digital deliverables including prototypes, websites, motion designs and 3D renders.

• Conducted research and designed wireframes, information architecture, flows and visual design within the brand guidelines and aesthetic of the client.

I was a senior associate on the Microsoft x Public.Sapient AI powered platform Marcel.

• As a Senior Associate, I built & iterated interactive prototypes in all stages of fidelity, both on desktop and mobile, for the purpose of testing it’s flow, functionality and usability. Providing user interface recommendations and designs based on this testing.

• Designed interactions, animations and micro-animations for the AI voice feature, dashboard, chat functionality and various other modules.

• Worked with cross-functional teams and presented concepts to the senior Project Managers.
