A product designer who lives at the intersection of AI, identity, and security—the place where trust, automation, and real human behavior collide. Presently, I’ve been building AI-enabled chat and agentic workflows that help people get complex things done faster, safer, and in a much optimized manner. At Oracle, I work on next-gen AI chat and MCP experiences, defining design patterns, guardrails, prompting structures, and error handling so AI feels helpful—not reckless. I’ve also led foundational work in identity and authentication, including passkey-based, username-less sign-in and AI-powered account recovery flows. I also care deeply about scale and craft—from building and rolling out design systems to setting up review processes that cut design/QA time nearly in half. Before Oracle, I partnered with federal agencies like HHS, USDA, and CDC, helping modernize complex, high-stakes systems—from grant management platforms to large-scale design systems—where mistakes aren’t just UX issues, they’re policy problems.
