With my background in user experience, I was able to actively contribute by understanding the problem space and analyzing the end-to-end patient experience. Over as many weeks, we brainstormed, did literature reviews, received feedback and went back to the drawing board, did a survey and eventually came up with a design solution that spans the entire patient journey - what we believe would take the patient experience to the next level. We concluded that the journey of the patient actually begins way before they even get to the hospital and that in itself is a big opportunity as well. ### Dialogue Project Delegate exploring VR for Higher Education Marketing @ World Business Dialogue (official) Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | Cologne Area, Germany The team worked on exploring the possibilities of VR in Higher Education Marketing with a special focus on User Experience.
