• Implemented the data plane of a generative AI gateway application, facilitating RAG capabilities spanning data ingestion, inference, storage, and seamless integrations with LLM providers
• Integrated Temporal’s workflow server as a backend to the generative AI gateway policy engine for dynamic pre and post-processing of user prompts
• Designed and developed internal Agentic applications using LangChain, LangGraph for structured agent coordination and LangSmith for observability and debugging. Integrated these applications into an internal Agentic network, enabling multi-agent collaboration and task delegation
• Established a multi-tenant billing metrics framework based on token usage across LLM providers, pre and post-processing plugins, and RAG data storage costs
• Designed and developed a multi-tenant API hub in Golang and Python via microservice architecture leveraging Kubernetes and Istio backed by PostgreSQL, Redis for async notification handling. Implemented AuthN and AuthZ using JWT tokens, enforcing access control with Casbin RBAC policies and HashiCorp Vault for secret management and dynamic credential provisioning
• Pioneered a data analytics platform that ingested from a digital perimeter sensor fabric using Kafka streams backed by PostgreSQL for storage managed by Kubernetes. • Responsible for transforming Cisco's internal network to fit the company's goal of Software Defined Everything (SDx). This includes using network automation to perform end-to-end streamlining of services, health checks, and metric collection.
• Worked on a small team to follow Design Thinking to understand internal customer requirements and expectations before developing a completely new service to connect AWS and Cisco's internal network for a true hybrid cloud solution
• Used CloudFormation, Terraform, and AWS APIs to automate a Transit-Spoke VPC AWS setup
• Heavily used NSO (Network Services Orchestrator) to create service automation and work with the Business Units to provide feedback on their tool as well as collaborate on solutions to market to Cisco customers
• Worked with Ansible Playbooks and Jinja templates to push configuration onto EC2 instances in the AWS Cloud
• Hosted a booth at Cisco Live in order to show how Cisco IT uses NSO internally. This involved presenting to customers and live demos. Eventually, had a follow up session with a customer that led to a sale

• Middleware team was responsible for administrating 300-400 Oracle databases and Apache web servers
• Was responsible for creating internal web applications using HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and C# that used SQL to communicate with Oracle Databases, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Integrated login authentication into these tools using a local OpenLDAP server with .ldif files and eventually migrated to connect to the company's Active Directory platform using an LDAP connection
• Explored and researched the Oracle Enterprise Manager to create a tool to connect to it using its command line interface EMCLI. Then presented about this topic at an Intern Fair to PG&E executives
• Worked extensively with Microsoft Sharepoint calendars and workflows to streamline the web server and database service request process
