• Implemented the data plane of a generative AI gateway application, facilitating RAG capabilities spanning data ingestion, inference, storage, and seamless integrations with LLM providers

• Responsible for transforming Cisco's internal network to fit the company's goal of Software Defined Everything (SDx). This includes using network automation to perform end-to-end streamlining of services, health checks, and metric collection.

• Worked on a small team to follow Design Thinking to understand internal customer requirements and expectations before developing a completely new service to connect AWS and Cisco's internal network for a true hybrid cloud solution
