Greetings!

I’m Adi, an engineer, who fell in love with engineering in the 6th grade when I wrote my first Hello World program in Visual Basic.

Since then, I’ve learned a few things about full-stack engineering, building scalable systems, observability, mentoring & and sponsoring engineers.......doing whatever is necessary to move the needle for my company. 

Over the last few years, here are a few things I’ve worked on:
-> Built highly scalable distributed systems using Spring, Kotlin, TypeScript, Node, GoLang, GraphQL.
-> Led the infrastructure strategy at multiple companies using AWS/GCP & Terraform
-> Built modern web apps in Javascript, TypeScript, React.
-> Built CI/CD Pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Python.
-> Built Data Infrastructure from scratch using AWS QuickSight, Looker, PostgreSQL, and Data Warehouses.

Outside of work, I enjoy being a fitness freak, playing the guitar, and reading/writing/talking about tech.

o  Generalist Engineer: worked on Android Apps, OS, Automation, CI/CD Pipelines, Backend Systems, etc.
o  Built an end to end Data Pipeline (Use Apache Spark) from scratch that collected data from various sources and saved them in Redshift for BI needs.
o  Second Lead on building an in-house end to end Android Testing framework. 
o  Built the CI pipeline that would run the tests on each PR and flag the broken ones. 
o  Added on to & maintained the terminal management system that was responsible for capturing and maintaining the health of Poynt devices.

At Trainio, we are building a better timing solution for athletes and coaches to help with speed training. As a founder, I have many jobs. I am currently in charge of the mobile development, backend development, customer discovery, business presentations, research and development, prototyping, and website design.

o Built a Recommender System for Yahoo Front Page Module, recommending news articles.
o Implemented algorithms like LinUCB, KMeans etc. to predict which article is the best to recommend.

### Data Analyst Intern @ Nimble Storage

o Predicted failure rate for different components deployed on the field so they have enough spare components, 
o Wrote scrapers to collect data from test logs, and analyzed abnormalities in them.
o Made fully Interactive & live dashboards showing different aspects of the test data.
