Hello LinkedIn, I’m Aditya (Ah-dith-yuh) 
I work on Firebolt, Tesla's communications platform that sends tens of millions of messages via various channels such as email, sms and mobile app aiding interactions between Tesla advisors and our customers- be it sales or insurance conversations, roadside assistance or service requests. 

In my internships, I built a Supercharger portal for charging station landlords, mapped parking spaces at charging sites, worked on improving Charging Detour KPIs and much more.

In school, I built Casten-a tool that allows you to invest in deserving communities around the globe. This got accepted into the Outlier Ventures accelerator and raised $150,000 pre-Seed. I participated in and won Hackathons, worked in cohesion with Indian Govt institutions on climate awareness projects (AQI App), learned, unlearned and relearned CS and played a whole bunch of football (⚽️).

▪ Working on Firebolt, a Communications, Content Management and Marketing tool that processes messages daily across Tesla's operations, aiding customer interactions for all organizations (Energy, Charging, Robotaxi, Sales).
▪ Developed Voice AI agents and smart contact centers within Firebolt, enhancing customer experience in Sales, Service and Insurance, and aiding advisor-customer interactions through seamless inbound and outbound call capabilities.

### Software Engineer / Data Science @ Tesla
Jan 2023 – Jan 2023 | Los Angeles County, California, United States
▪ Helped CDM team enhance KPIs by adding metrics to categorize trip detours across time and geographical dimensions due to Tesla’s supercharger network and proposed a 10x improved and representative sampling rate for Traffic Simulation library.
▪ Assumed full ownership of Tesla’s supercharging app for landlords, adding robust features like monthly usage recap, notifications and comparative analytics on revenue and energy data to enhance the user experience and double visits for charging station hosts.
▪ Worked on prototype navigation service that routes a user to the best charging stall based on availability, specialty and estimated charging time once a user arrives at Charging location to reduce time taken to initiate charging.

Helped Migrate a legacy backend and DB to a modern Python (FastAPI) and Postgres combo.
