I was the lead UX designer on over 120 digital projects and pitches, including sales tools, patient apps, conference installations, and VR experiences. I was responsible for transforming medical content into interactive solutions based on client and user needs.
• Effectively communicated design concepts and functionality using sketches, wireframes, diagrams, prototypes, and specification documents
• Applied content organization methods such as auditing and card sorting to create concise IA hierarchies and navigation for over 80 healthcare marketing tools
• Helped manage large-scale projects costing up to $600k by extracting and defining requirements based on findings from stakeholder interviews and analysis of user and client needs
• Partnered with other designers and cross-department team members to brainstorm concepts, provide guidance, and coordinate tasks to successfully deliver projects on time
• Evaluated and revised designs based on feedback from client and team presentations, design critiques, usability and functional testing
