• Perform research and analysis on Easelly’s User Dashboard to evaluate the usability of the current design

ABC 7 Chicago - Concept Project

Role: UX Designer, Mobile Visual Designer

• Collaborated in a team of four as a UX & Visual Designer, to redesign ABC7Chicago.com into a responsive site design that caters to a mobile-first, local community of Chicago

• Led design and delivery of a responsive website design resulting in a high fidelity mobile and desktop wireframes and working prototypes with Figma

• Iterated on wireframes based on usability testing results to address accessibility and workflow concerns

Good Games - Concept Project

• Solo concept project to redesign Good Games, an eCommerce for tabletop gaming products.

• Conducted organization research, user research, heuristics analysis, and competitive research and organized a card sort for over 20 participants

• Identified 15% inefficiencies in basic product search through a task analysis with competitors

• Devised a logical and well-defined information architecture for site navigation and product organization based on research

• Built high fidelity wireframes and prototype using Sketch and Invision

• Led usability testing of the design and iterated the designs based on user feedback and further research

Knowable - Client Project

Role: Project Manager, UX Designer

• Led a team of three through a 3-week design sprint with our client, Knowable to develop a design for their product, Position Board

• Managed the project by setting project timelines, identifying key milestones, making sure that the tasks are completed on time, and ensuring the deliverables were ready for delivery

• Conducted research on existing market competitors to gain understanding on contract management system

• Sought out participants with domain knowledge in contract law across multiple industries and conducted user research through in-depth interviews

• Designed Position Board and its multi-use workspace with Figma, building multiple versions of high fidelity wireframes with rapid iterations based on testing data

• Developed and led usability testing sessions with contract lawyers and subject matter experts and documenting in detail their response to the product

• Presented final product to Knowable’s Senior VP of Products & Design, Director of User Experience, Sr. Product Manager, and their Design Team.

Enterprise Imaging Systems - Radiology, Cardiology, and Imaging solutions, Epic OpTime, Anesthesia, Radiant, Cupid

• Oversight and responsibility of the system portfolio containing the enterprise imaging systems, radiology, surgical, and the cardiovascular information systems, leading 13 employees across 5 multi-functional teams

• Streamlined and rebuilt Stanford Hospital Rehabilitation Clinic workflow, processes, and tools to enhance usability and clinical documentation for the clinicians

• Efficient and timely delivery of incident resolutions, enhancements development, and system maintenance for outpatient clinical systems.

• Implemented Surescripts electronic prescription (e-Prescribe) functionality in Epic at Stanford Hospital and Clinics for Ambulatory and Acute Care, responsible for maintaining business continuity

• Prepared analytics for all e-Prescribe providers and prescriptions for physician directors and achieved Meaningful Use Stage 1 for organization
