Working in Cloud Infrastructure to help Stripe build out global infrastructure quickly and efficiently.

I work developing software that manages the global deployment of the ETMS test platform to ~5000 stations spread across 15 sites. This software is directly involved in the production of thousands of hardware units, and requires an extremely high level of availability.

I developed new deployment infrastructure that cut build/deploy speed in half while providing significantly increased reliability and maintainability. As part of this project I worked in Malaysia for 4 months helping to set up infrastructure and providing training for the users who would be taking advantage of the new systems. This new infrastructure also added support for Nuget and modern package management to developers, helping increase code sharing and reuse across disparate development teams.

• Designed and Implemented mobile first user interfaces for web applications

• Worked in a team environment to plan and build out a full ecommerce platform

• Maintained vital legacy code, and updated web sites to meet new standards

Developed a classification pipeline for analysing brain scans under a National Science Foundation grant

Programmed a a novel software implementation for analysing deformation on fault lines

Wrote research reports for communicating key findings in a professional context
