Spearheaded redesign efforts for a Customer Management Tool and Dashboard, enabling internal technology teams to efficiently onboard and manage 2,000+ BHG customers. Collaborated with developers, QA, and product owners to work through edge cases and assist in development process through UI reviews. Led end-to-end design from journey mapping to launch in 2023.

Conducted extensive, moderated usability testing for BHG’s Auction Marketplace to identify areas of improvement in the loan bidding experience.
