As a senior leader with deep expertise in both creative direction and technical production, I build the bridge between what's imagined and what's possible. For over 15 years, I have led and scaled creative teams to deliver high-impact immersive experiences, next-generation digital content, and transformative educational programs for global brands like Meta and Sphere Entertainment and renowned universities like UC Berkeley.

I excel at the strategic level, developing robust content pipelines, establishing rigorous technical standards, and implementing project management systems that enable creative talent to do their best work. My hands-on experience in video, AR/VR development, and large-scale media production allows me to guide complex projects with foresight and precision. I am passionate about creating accessible, innovative, and human-centered experiences that push the boundaries of storytelling and public engagement.

Trained and experienced in human-centered design, design theory, sound, visual, instructional, and system design, I am a creative powerhouse who can collaboratively solve problems using robust methodologies and tailored process.  Ideas and imagination are of utmost importance to me.  Making those ideas into art, experiences and products are my passion.  

Video Director, Producer, and Post-Production Supervisor:
For over 15 years, I've directed and produced projects ranging from music videos to educational and marketing content. Whether I'm in a studio or on location, I'm a hands-on leader who’s comfortable with every aspect of a shoot.

Sound Designer, Editor and Composer:
Agnes is a Polish-American sound artist and designer. Agnes creates immersive audio environments and cinematic narratives. Her training as a cellist, singer, and electronic musician shape her compositions, and her love for deep listening and field recording help her create dynamic environments with intricate detail and depth.  She is particularly interested in the space where sound design and music intersect and blend, and she uses that technique in her work.
