Took Cur8βs investment platform (Web+ Mobile + Design System) from 0-1 through user-centered approach which resulted in:
77%+ retention rate in all steps of a heavily regulated onboarding process.
π This isn't your "signin with google". We TEST the user. Yes. There is a freaking quiz that if they fail twice, they cannot do again for 24 hours. the only thing I couldn't improve was making them eligible, because doing so would've made FCA lock me behind bars. Added Β£2.02M Million towards AUM (Revenue) by redoing payment flow.

I had to convince the team for 6 months to prioritise this one and redid the flow so user only worries about one thing a time. This made the flow longer but wayyy easier.
Doubled commitment ratio from 32% to 60%.
This was a consequence of the point above. I am just milking the payment flow ππ₯

annoyed my manager by buying macs, paying for sketch, abstract and invision instead of using free emails and XD (its not an emoji, its a dead horse π by Adobe).
Team and clients smiled a lot more in presentations afterwards though which makes it worth it.
for serious people:
Managed product design team at IDEATE for multiple projects with UAE banks. Mobile/ Web + corporate and standard accounts.
I:
Added more sticky notes to the office glass walls.
Improved team processes and boosted productivity and collaboration by at least 7x over the course of 2 years. (π‘ The 7x is my best guess, could be more. I spent all the productivity measuring budget on actual productivity.)
