In my project I worked on the Berlin Open Wireless Lab network to conduct indoor and outdoor automated tests on routers equipped with an Avila motherboard that can accommodate up to 4 wireless cards concurrently. The aim was to evaluate the performance of the Avila motherboard under different load, traffic scenarios and topologies. Of particular interest was to test the effect of using several wireless cards simultaneously.
