Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 - Lead and mentored design team to develop low and high-fidelity design solutions utilizing Adobe XD - Collaborated with Co-Founder to design a 6-month apprenticeship program for 2 team members to educate and mentor them throughout a holistic design project with the goal of giving them a portfolio piece - Lead design and implementation of the first website for the company that resulted in over $5,000 in revenue in the first 4 weeks after launch - Work remotely with team members located throughout the U.S ### Co-Founder and Creative Team Lead @ WE ARE SAATH Ltd.
