I have designed and developed containerized web apps with Django

Recently, I’ve focused on building microservices in Go, using a modular architecture with tools like Consul for service discovery, Jaeger for Observability & Telemetry, RabbitMQ and gRPC for service-to-service communication.

I'm hands-on with Kubernetes and have a special passion for working with databases/datastores of all kinds, be it PostgreSQL, KV stores like DynamoDB/Redis, CDC systems like Debezium/Kafka, Data Warehouses like Snowflake, or Open Table Formats like Delta Lake. I thrive on solving distributed systems challenges around concurrency, locks, or out-of-order clocks :P

I bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile.

- Designed a Flask App that determined the incidence of Tuberculosis in Chest X-Rays using DenseNet-121 & ResNet-50.  
- Promoted robustness by distinguishing between Chest X-rays and all other body part X-Rays by   incorporating Anomaly detection approaches with accuracy of 94%
- Generated Heat-maps with Tuberculosis locality highlighted. 
- The project received undisclosed amount of funding recently from NTT Data
- The solution was peer reviewed and is currently used as a primary screening mechanism in select hospitals in the Philippines and tested on 100K patients in Chennai, India
