•Developed a verification tool that ensured potential customer emails were valid before sending transactional emails to replace an external service and saved the company 15k a year.
•Built a system to pre-warm new domains for sending invitation emails, increasing email throughput from 100/hr to over 1.5k/hr on a brand new domain.
•Developed an email automation system in Python Selenium, which ran on a distributed AWS cluster to improve email postmaster domain health.
•Established an automated customer support system to check customer emails, draft standard replies, and carry out customer requests, replacing the need for a customer support specialist.
