### Senior Software Engineer @ Sentry (sentry.io)
Jan 2024 – Present
• Architected a compute observability framework for Sentry’s AI Bug Predictor,
identifying systemic processing bottlenecks to drive a 70% reduction in
runtime and operational costs while maintaining model parity.
• Transformed Sentry’s AI evaluation infrastructure by migrating flaky scripts to
GitHub Actions and architecting a full-stack platform for ingestion and labeling;
reduced eval latency by 80%, cut dataset creation time by 99%, and established
a robust architecture for other AI initiatives.
• Owned API integration, account linking, and billing systems for the
Codecov–Sentry merger, operating ahead of schedule while aligning multiple
teams of stakeholders and driving high-stakes deliverables to completion.
• Key player in defining heuristics and initial product design for Codecov’s Test
Analytics Product, leading other developers to Codecov’s most successful
product launch.
• Designed and implemented multiple payment initiatives in Codecov, including
ACH and backup payment architecture, in addition to failed payment email
infrastructure, resulting in 100% YoY increase in revenue retention.
• Drove architectural redesign of plan, pricing, and feature models, enabling
Codecov to create new offerings in under 2 days (from 6 weeks).

• Led the Consumer: Activation team, driving lead conversion to activation
owning a variety of backend services like product determination, quoting,
pricing, and payments while being heavily experiment focused on the frontend.
• Created ERDs for architectural initiatives, including migrating external
identifiers to UUIDs, implementing strictly typed APIs, and developing a new
internal design system.
• Implemented a high-performing Kafka Stream for Product Routing and
Decision Observability, delivering millions of events per week to multiple
downstream services and systems.
• Executed full-stack experiments, such as price elasticity testing and revamping
the checkout experience, resulting in a remarkable 100+% increase in ROAS
(Return On Ad Spend).
• Developed and optimized the ’Verification Service’ responsible for identity and
eligibility checks, handling 100% of applicants and later spun out into a
standalone microservice for improved efficiency.
• Mentored junior and mid-level engineers worldwide, providing initial
onboarding, continuous code review support, and promoting best practices for
code quality.
