I lead engineering for voice AI at Sierra. I was the co-founder and CEO of Receptive AI, a voice-tech startup that for SMB. We were acquired (tech + talent) by Sierra.

Previously, I led the Search and Recommendations group at Twitter. We helped increase causal usage of Twitter by XX%. After acquisition, I partnered with Elon Musk and the transition team to transform Twitter to X, while delivering large new initiatives on time.

- Led cross-org groups to deliver large improvements to the product and to Twitter’s growth.

- Tech-led and launched @MagicRecs, a push recommendation system, one of the most successful
products at Twitter and responsible for +XX% growth in monetizable DAU. Solved scaling challenges
while launching and built a generic real-time graph processing infrastructure that powers multiple
products.
- Tech-led or had strong contributions to most recommendation systems built at Twitter, including
who-to-follow, Trends, tweet recs, push and email recommendation systems.

### Sr. Research Engineer @ Yahoo!

- Tech-led the backend system powering Yahoo! Fresh, a news application based off Twitter firehose.
- Built content de-duplication library used across Yahoo!
- Responsible for improvements to Banzai - an internal document processing system for Search, building content features like categorization, NER, entity disambiguation, and "document aboutness". Integrated this system with RTDS, which ingested Twitter firehose, enriched and indexed tweets for internal use.
