• Worked as SME/Technical Lead in Enterprise Agreements (EA) Workspace which is a portal for Cisco’s large enterprise customers whose customized and dynamic business needs require flexibility in the support of their hardware and software.

• This project focused on Cisco's Software supply chain business and Global Licensing operations.

• This application was a crucial licensing tool within Cisco for allowing customers to enter the workspace and generate, access and download both Classic and Smart Licenses.

• I played a pivotal role in the team starting from analysis and design of the requirements to the final delivery of the complete product to help Cisco meet its Enterprise Client's ever changing business needs.
