### Bioinformatics Intern in Brodsky Lab @ UMass Medical School

- Analyzed large sets of data from biological experiments that broke the genome so that it could fuse and remove excess mutated repeats in the HTT gene in the lab of Michael Brodsky. Helped search for therapeutics of Huntington’s disease, a neurodegenerative disease.
- Enhanced the CRISPResso package to emulate CRISPRseek in R.
